Journal of Information Technology and Computer Systems (SINTEK) has been published by STMIK Kuwera since April 2021. Sintek publishes manuscripts of research results in the fields of Information Technology and Computer Science. Sintek is committed to publishing quality Indonesian-language articles that can be the main reference for researchers in the fields of Information Technology and Computer Science.

Proses Peer Review

Articles published in the SINTEK Journal have gone through a substance review process by at least 2 reviewers in a double-blind peer review. Pre-review of the article will be conducted to see the suitability of the page format, images, tables, citations and reference lists as well as the systematics of the article. Plagiarism checks are carried out through searches on Google Scholar and Turnitin. Reviewers can request a re-review after the author revises the article. The decision to accept or reject an article is the authority of the Chief Editor based on recommendations from the reviewers.

Publication Frequency

SINTEK Journal publishes 2 (two) issues each year, namely in February and September. Articles published in SINTEK Journal can be downloaded from IK available online and freely accessible in full text from the address https://www.ejournal.stmikku.ac.id/sintek

Cancellation of Manuscript

Cancellation of manuscript by the author will be charged IDR. 300,000. This is a form of consequence that is enforced. Furthermore, Cancellation will be processed by the editor, if the author has made payment and sent proof of payment to the SINTEK editorial team.

If the author does not agree to pay the fine, the author will be blacklisted from the Jurnal Sintek publication.

Author's Negligence

Authors who have submitted manuscripts and have gone through the review process, and the results of the review have been submitted by the editor to the author. However, there is no response from the author to improve the manuscript within a period of more than 6 months, so the manuscript is still in active status in the online system THEN the manuscript is declared REJECTED.
